Full-Time Receptionist
Digitally CD Duplication an E-Commerce-based short-run
CD/DVD duplication company in Los Angeles produces CDs/
DVDs for bands and artists, Software companies,
universities throughout the world.
Duties include:
Answering, directing and alleviating phone
calls through the office.
Assisting customers with basic questions
regarding order information.
Processing all mail received throughout the
day (including masters and artwork discs received
for customer's orders).
Assisting both the Director of Operations as
well as myself with daily tasks (i.e. pulling
masters CD's from the archive, assisting with
special projects, etc.
Assist walk-in clients, and customers picking
up their orders.
General office duties.
And misc. duties assign each day.
We are looking for someone reliable who possesses
plenty of common sense, patience, and an overall
friendly disposition with reliable transportation.
Must be available to work 8AM-6PM Monday-Friday
Pay rate: 10.00/HOUR with benefits after 90 days

Knowledge of graphic production using
QuarkXPress & Adobe Photoshop. Illustrator and
layout programs.
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to deliver projects on time in a fast
pace environment
Be Self-motivated; ability to work
independently under deadline pressure
Portfolio that demonstrates design skill
(preferred)
Able to sit and work at a computer workstation
for extended periods of time (6-8 hrs/day)
